Supervisory Program Analyst
The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst, Lead Project Manager (PM) in the Facilities Directorate, Office of Mission Support (OMS), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The incumbent reports to the Director of the Facilities Directorate. The OMS Facilities Directorate is responsible for all facilities development (planning and design), construction, leases, facilities operations, construction budget development and out-based facilities management assignments.
