Health Technician (Patient Navigator)
This position is located in the Emergency Medicine Department of the Gallup Indian Medical Center. Incumbent serves patients through a variety of duties associated with screening/referral of patients to treatment resources as well as related duties and responsibilities related to patients diagnosed with: substance use disorders, HIV, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections and similar issues. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021).
