Fitness Specialist
This position is located within the Fort Thompson Service Unit, Special Diabetes Program for Indians (SDPI), Fort Thompson, SD. The purpose of the position is to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate community based fitness and wellness programs designed to prevent and manage chronic diseases through structured exercise interventions, health promotion activities, and individualized fitness.
