You control whether your profile is private, searchable by approved recruiters, or paused. Searchable profiles may be found by approved recruiters who agreed to platform rules.

Recruiters may contact you only through allowed platform mechanisms unless you choose to share contact details later. You may accept, decline, block, or report contact requests.

Do not upload Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial information, medical information, or unnecessary sensitive details.

The platform is not an employer, does not guarantee employment, and cannot perfectly verify every recruiter claim.

You may request deletion or pause visibility through your account controls. Abuse reports and deletion requests should go to the platform contact address before launch.
