The Unit Chief supervises IHSC's Credentialing and Privileging Unit. This position manages credentialing, privileging, licensure verification, policy/SOP development, risk management, reporting, and staff oversight to ensure healthcare providers meet qualifications to deliver high-quality healthcare. This position is only open to USPHS officers who are currently IHSC employees. USPHS Call to Active Duty (CAD) candidates are not eligible for this position.
