Pharmacy Technician (Medication Reconciliation)
The Medication Reconciliation Technician (Med Rec Tech) functions at the highest level of clinical practice as a low-level practitioner working with a clinical pharmacist. The Med Rec Tech works collaboratively as a member on an interdisciplinary inpatient team in active pharmacotherapy management for medication optimization for inpatients and patients transitioning to inpatient and assist in the educational mission of the Pharmacy Service.
