These MVP terms are a draft for testing recruiter approval and candidate search workflows. They are not final legal documents.

Candidate data may be used only for legitimate recruiting. No scraping, resale, spam, harassment, discrimination, login sharing, bulk export, automated harvesting, or off-platform misuse is allowed.

Recruiter approval is required before search access. Searches, candidate previews, and contact requests are logged for abuse review.

Candidate contact must respect consent and platform controls. Violations can lead to rejected, suspended, or revoked access.
